Anxiety and stress are two typical emotional states, and participants will first learn the subtle distinctions between them. Recognizing everyday, adaptive stress and knowing when it becomes chronic and potentially harmful to mental health are necessary to understand stress fully.
The first step of the course content is to define emotional intelligence in depth. Self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills are the five pillars of emotional intelligence that participants will learn more about. Acquiring this knowledge lays the groundwork for developing EQ and fostering a more balanced and emotionally intelligent perspective on life's challenges and opportunities.
